About Mobidoctor.ae
Mobidoctor.ae repairs phones, tablets and laptops for customers across Dubai and the UAE, from our workshop in Deira. We collect your device for free, repair it at the workshop, and bring it back for free. Where we publish a price you choose the repair and see it when you book. We never repair devices on site.
We built the service around the things that make device repair stressful: not knowing what it will cost, not knowing where your device is, and finding out about the warranty only after you have paid.

How a repair works
Step 1
You book
Choose your device, describe the problem, and pick free pickup or workshop drop-off. You get a booking number straight away.
Step 2
We collect or you drop off
We confirm pickup for your address and collect the device free of charge, or you bring it to our workshop in Deira.
Step 3
We diagnose
A technician inspects the device and records what they find. Diagnosis is free.
Step 4
We confirm the repair
Where the price depends on the diagnosis, we confirm the required repair and applicable price with you.
Step 5
We repair and quality-check
The repair is carried out, then every device goes through a quality check before it leaves us.
Step 6
We return it, then you pay
Your device comes back to you, and you pay once the repair is complete.
How we work
The price before the work
Published prices are shown for your exact model during booking, so you choose the repair and see its price before you book.
Pay on completion
You pay once the repair is done. If we cannot repair your device, you are not charged for a repair that did not happen.
Tracking at every stage
Your booking number and phone number show exactly where your device is, from collection to delivery.
Warranty you see upfront
Each repair’s warranty period is shown before you book, never something you find out afterwards.
We use quality-tested parts, and if a repair has a part option that changes the price or the warranty, we tell you and let you choose. Read our warranty policy.
Where we work
Every repair is done at our workshop in Deira. We provide free pickup and delivery across major areas of Dubai and throughout the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, and we confirm pickup for your address before your booking is finalised.
