Apple or an independent workshop?
If your iPhone is still under Apple's one-year limited warranty or AppleCare+, go to Apple first. The warranty covers manufacturing faults free of charge, and AppleCare+ covers accidental damage such as a cracked screen for a fixed service fee. Out of cover, Apple repairs with genuine Apple parts at its own out-of-warranty prices.

How much does iPhone repair cost in Dubai?
It depends on the model and the repair. Screen and battery replacement prices for every iPhone we list are in the table on this page, and that is the price you pay. Pickup and return delivery are free. Other faults are diagnosed free of charge at our workshop, and we confirm the required repair and applicable price.
Is there an iPhone repair near me?
You do not need to be near a shop. We collect your iPhone free of charge from your home or office across Dubai, repair it at our workshop and bring it back free. If you would rather walk in, our workshop is at Shop 103, Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Zarooni Building, Deira, Ayal Nasser, Dubai, UAE.
Which iPhone models do you repair?
Every model in the table on this page can be booked online with its price. If yours is not listed, or you are not sure which model you have, book anyway and we identify it when we have the phone.
Will my iPhone data be safe?
Screen, battery, back glass, camera and charging repairs do not need a factory reset and do not touch your storage. If a specific repair carries any data risk, we tell you before starting so you can back up first.
What should I do before handing over my iPhone?
If it still turns on, back it up to iCloud or a computer: no repair is completely risk-free, and a current backup costs you nothing. You do not need to give us your passcode to book. If a check for your repair can only be done on an unlocked phone, such as testing Face ID or the camera, we explain why before asking.
Can a technician come to me instead?
No. Every repair is done at our workshop in Deira. We collect your device free of charge across Dubai and the UAE and return it free after the repair, or you can drop it off at the workshop yourself.
What if my iPhone cannot be repaired?
We tell you what we found and return it. Payment is only taken once a repair is complete, so there is nothing to pay for a repair that did not happen, and the diagnosis is free.
